Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with minimum 2 years of full-time experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Louisiana RN license
• Able to work under stressful conditions and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, heel sticks, and venous access via IV or central lines
• Collect urine samples and other specimens per protocol
• Perform EKGs and assist with specimen labeling and processing
• Follow HIPAA, safety policies, and maintain patient comfort and specimen integrity
