Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cell cultures; carry out experiments including protein isolation and qPCR.
• Learn patch clamp electrophysiology and perform related experiments.
• Maintain animal colonies and order laboratory supplies.
• Maintain laboratory equipment.
