Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a laboratory or research setting.
• Hands-on experience operating laboratory instruments, including analytical balances and automated liquid handling systems (Tecan or Biomek experience preferred).
• Familiarity with compound management or inventory software systems (knowledge of Titian’s Mosaic platform is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in data management and documentation across multiple databases.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data organization and presentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical handling procedures and manage research material orders in accordance with departmental timelines.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including liquid handling systems and analytical balances.
• Maintain and update records of research materials across multiple databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Support intake and validation processes to confirm that all materials meet established specifications.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promptly report deviations or anomalies to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, intake logs, and related documentation.
• Analyze and organize data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, and present key findings through PowerPoint or similar platforms.
