Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project trackers and dashboards, and ensuring audit readiness across ISO 17025, CLIA, and FDA quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in lab operations, quality management, regulatory compliance, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in regulated laboratory settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 15189, ISO 9001, CLIA, CAP, GLP, FDA quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate laboratory quality requirements into actionable project plans and cross‑functional coordination.
• Develop project trackers, dashboards, executive reports, and audit/CAPA status updates.
• Maintain audit readiness and drive quality improvement through gap assessments and inspections.
