Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our QA/QC program across the laboratory. You will lead audits, CAPA, document control, and data review to ensure high-quality, defensible results for client projects.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee compliance with ISO 17025 and NELAC, and report quality metrics to management. A Bachelor's in science and 4+ years lab experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a basic or applied science.
• 4+ years laboratory experience with quality systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and NELAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review QA/QC data and records.
• Lead and maintain quality systems across the lab.
• Coordinate audits, CAPA, and document control.
• Prepare monthly quality reports to management.
