Qualifications

Process sample orders and coordinate delivery.
Execute change orders based on client instructions.
Review login information in LIMS.
Informs clients about sample receipt anomalies.
Assist in subcontract requests for testing.
Manage subcontracting data and deliver reports.
Handle overflow calls and assist clients with requests.
Provide backup coverage for project managers.
Check on TAT and report delivery timelines.
