Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Working knowledge of quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications, word processing, and desktop publishing software.
• Working knowledge of data management procedures and institutional software programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management: plan, organize, execute, and track lab functions with the lab Director.
• Coordinate student research assistants and ensure deadlines are met; prepare reports.
• Draft memos and presentations; record notes and follow-up items; assist with reports.
• Contribute to literature reviews and background research; support QA procedures.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
