Qualifications

• Washington State phlebotomy certification/licensure required after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and courier service to patients served by Olympic Medical Center Laboratory.
• Handle outpatient registration and test ordering for the lab.
• Process outpatient laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Answer customer service calls and coordinate courier activities.
• Follow departmental goals and management directives.
