Job summary

Veolia, in partnership with the Clean Earth talent acquisition team, seeks a Lab Pack Manager to supervise lab pack field and depacking teams at the Clean Earth facility. You’ll ensure safe handling of lab pack waste, compliance with RCRA/DOT/OSHA, and accurate documentation while supporting sales and customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in lab packing, 2+ years of field management, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to obtain a CDL-B within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in General Science or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of field management experience.
• Five or more years of lab packing and/or segregating pharmaceutical waste.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab pack field team and depacking team.
• Coordinate lab pack field projects including high hazard services.
• Manage depacking of lab pack and retail waste and related waste streams.
• Serve as technical resource for the team and customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and proper paperwork.
• Develop and implement standard work practices.
• Ensure manifests and compliance forms are correctly processed.
• Support sales and onboarding of new accounts when needed.
