Continuum Health Alliance LLC in Evesham, New Jersey is seeking a Lab Operations & Client Relations Manager to oversee relationships with referring physician practices and drive account growth. You will manage onboarding of new accounts, resolve billing and specimen-handling issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

The role requires strong relationship-management skills, knowledge of LIS/EHR/CRM systems, and the ability to travel locally to referring practices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in laboratory services, medical sales/account management, or healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with Stark Law/Anti-Kickback compliance for physician-owned labs.
• Strong relationship-management and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with LIS, EHR interfaces, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of referring physician accounts and be the main client contact.
• Oversee onboarding of new providers including account setup and EHR integration.
• Handle contracts with Lab Pro Solutions contractors and renewals.
• Supervise lab draw sites, staffing, and service quality monitoring.
• Provide phlebotomy management oversight if applicable and coordinate with Lab Manager.
• Monitor test volume, turnaround times, and client satisfaction; address issues.
• Collaborate with billing/revenue cycle to resolve denials and billing disputes.
• Ensure compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, CLIA, and regulations.
• Track and report key account metrics to leadership; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with operations, couriers, and IT to resolve specimen issues.
• Identify growth opportunities within compliance; support marketing outreach.
