Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Laboratory Operations Technician to manage sample flow, inventory, and lab resources. You will support routine operations, calibration, and regulatory compliance in a detailed, hands-on role within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Experience in laboratory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, log, and store incoming samples and study materials.
• Track inventory, sample locations, usage, expiration dates, and archival activities.
• Coordinate movement of materials between laboratory departments with accurate documentation.
• Assist with return, disposal, and archiving of materials at study completion.
• Monitor incoming samples for quality concerns and notify leadership of discrepancies.
• Maintain records in accordance with laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support GLP, CGMP, and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and proper storage of laboratory materials and supplies.
• Perform calibration support and equipment maintenance activities.
• Support specialized laboratory functions such as sample preparation, culturing, dilution preparation, or handling regulated materials.
• Follow safety procedures when working with laboratory samples and hazardous materials.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
