Lab Operations Technician

Weston, FL | $19-20/hr | Full-Time

A pharmaceutical R&D company in Weston is hiring a Lab Operations Technician to support daily laboratory operations for inhalation product testing, maintaining equipment, materials, and work areas in compliance with GMP and safety procedures.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean lab glassware and equipment manually or via laboratory dishwashers per approved SOPs
• Prepare the lab for daily operations, including stocking materials and maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Manage weekly inventory of lab supplies, cleaning agents, and consumables, with periodic reconciliation
• Support analysts with sample management, material handling, and lab organization
• Dispose of lab materials, waste, and samples following established guidelines

What You Need:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field, 0-1 years of experience
• Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical, analytical, or quality control lab preferred
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and stay highly organized
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
