Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Support Engineer to operate and maintain the Boulder TBS Consolidated Lab, supporting wireless development programs including 6G initiatives.

You will monitor station health, assist with deployments, and support infrastructure across lab systems to ensure a reliable testing environment. The role involves RF performance analysis, issue triage, UE calibration, and collaboration with Tier 2/3 teams to implement fixes and improve overall system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in a related role, or Associate's with 3+ years, or high school diploma with 4+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain TBS station and pool health; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support day-to-day lab operations including quarantine management and recovery activities.
• Assist deployment, configuration, and upgrades of TBS stations and infrastructure.
• Support tools and infrastructure (Custom Scheduler, AXIOM, Fleet Manager).
• Perform RF performance analysis and basic root cause investigations.
• Manage UE calibration activities and station resource availability.
• Generate operational reports and analytics on utilization, reliability, and capacity.
• Escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed and collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance.
