Job summary

You will perform RF cabling, hardware installs, system troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree and 1+ year of technical or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of technical or related work experience.
• Experience with lab IT systems and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Test Equipment Support & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain internally built test systems and platforms.
• Hardware & RF Work: Execute RF cabling, connector installation, and signal path verification; perform hardware installations in racks and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostic: Diagnose system issues using Linux command line; support issue resolution across hardware, software, and network layers.
• IT Infrastructure Support: Maintain servers, switches, and lab IT systems; assist with escalations and system improvements.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Track and maintain internal and external test equipment; coordinate asset movement.
• Calibration & Site Support: Assist during calibration events; coordinate with calibration teams.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain records and provide updates; contribute to SOPs and Confluence pages.
