This full-time role oversees daily department operations in the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Lab, ensuring accurate testing, quality assurance, and staff supervision from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.

The position requires a Bachelor's in clinical lab sciences, MLS/MT certification, and a minimum of 3 years in technical lab services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences or medical technology or equivalent.
• MLS/BOC or MT certification required.
• Typically requires 3 years of technical laboratory operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations and staff guidance.
