Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in San Juan Capistrano, CA is seeking a Specimen Processing Manager to oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary range from $99,990 to $132,819.50 per year, with potential annual bonus.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years laboratory experience and at least 4 years of direct supervisory experience in clinical or anatomical pathology, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years laboratory experience with at least 4 years of direct supervisory experience in the clinical or anatomical pathology laboratory.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities required.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops.
• Train personnel and manage daily operations of related departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and productivity targets.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present progress to stakeholders.
