Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lab readiness, organize workspace, and manage supplies.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchases.
• Receive, label, store, and distribute lab materials per safety rules.
• Coordinate routine lab upkeep and storage areas.
• Support safety inspections, audits, and incident documentation.
• Onboard new lab personnel and coordinate access.
• Develop simple SOPs, checklists, and logs.
• Assist with lab moves, inventories, and special projects.
• Model professional communication and reliability in a fast-paced lab environment.
