Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. is seeking an Operations Production Support Coordinator in Cambridge, MA.

The role focuses on managing electronics technical inventory, lab spaces, and calibration tracking for over 200 assets, with duties spanning vendor communication and production support in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Based onsite at our Cambridge HQ, this highly technical, data-driven position requires strong organizational skills and experience in lab/facility operations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with facility users and engineering teams.
• Experience with lab/facility operations management.
• Familiarity with MRP Security.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cal Lab to ensure lab equipment is up to date with calibration.
• Coordinate transfer of equipment between work area and Cal lab.
• Escort Cal lab personnel for on-site calibration and ESD bench certification.
• Tracking hardware builds and updates to travelers and work orders.
• Update quality control spreadsheets on production status and process changes.
• Track inventory control/needs and materials.
• Manage preventative maintenance, order parts and schedule maintenance.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes for supplies and materials.
• Submit purchase orders to buyers.
