Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a medical technologist.
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college, university or equivalent.
• Licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist or Specialist by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations and staffing to ensure productivity.
• Review QC and regulatory compliance; ensure timely reporting of results.
• Provide orientation, training and development for staff; assess performance.
• Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to support patient testing.
