Actalent is seeking a Lab Operations Assistant in Hamilton, MA to support daily lab operations by managing incoming sample vials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring materials meet GLP/GMP standards. You will assist scientists with media prep and use SAP and ERP tools to track supplies and documentation.

This on-site contract role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the lab team to support experiments and ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Competenze

• Experience with inventory management systems for laboratory materials and supplies.
• Hands-on sample management experience, including labeling, tracking and storage.
• Practical media preparation and handling reagents in a lab setting.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP requirements and SOPs.
• Ability to use SAP or ERP systems to manage inventories and documentation.
• Understanding GLP documentation processes and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sample handling and records.
• Ability to follow written procedures and SOPs consistently.

Mansioni

• Receive, organize, and manage sample vials with proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain and run inventory across the lab operations team.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure SOP and GMP compliance.
• Assist scientists by preparing media and reagents as needed.
• Use SAP and ERP systems to order, track, and update inventory records.
• Uphold GLP, GMP, and Quality SOPs in all activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and processes.
