Job summary

EquilliumBio is seeking a Lab Operations Associate to provide hands-on operational support for the research laboratory. Responsibilities include maintaining calibration and service records, stocking supplies, organizing work areas, and coordinating shipments for the team.

The successful candidate will work independently and with scientists, ensuring accurate records and timely task completion. Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 3–5 years in research/biotech/lab operations preferred.
• Experience coordinating calibration, maintenance, and records.
• Experience inventory management and PO tracking.
• Experience shipping lab materials with proper docs.
• Proficient with MS Office and lab management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calibration and maintenance scheduling with vendors.
• Maintain stock levels and organize storage areas.
• Place and track orders, verify specs and approvals.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries, domestically and internationally.
• Maintain logs, records, and purchasing documentation.
• Serve as liaison with Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
