Siddaganga TBI is seeking a Lab Associate to oversee daily lab operations and support an entrepreneurial engineering community focused on labs and hardware. You will coordinate training, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and help optimize equipment usage in a fast-paced startup setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant science or engineering field and 2–3 years of lab experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for day-to-day lab operations and take full ownership.
• Coordinate training sessions and optimize equipment use.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct lab inspections.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to run equipment.
• Generate regular reports on lab activities and project progress.
• Document SOPs to ensure protocol adherence.
