Job summary

Delart is seeking a Lab Operations specialist to keep our R&D labs running across the Bay Area. You will deploy and patch hosts, triage network issues, manage device registrations and certificates, and build automations to scale day‑to‑day operations.

With 3+ years in IT systems administration, you’ll work with Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS, Windows, and macOS, and collaborate with network, security and infrastructure teams to keep labs secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT systems administration or lab operations experience.
• Experience patching and managing Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for automations.
• Solid networking basics (DHCP, DNS, IPv6, 802.1x).

Responsibilities

• Own device lifecycle management across lab spaces.
• Patch lab devices and maintain security updates.
• Troubleshoot lab network issues (IPv6, 802.1x, DNS).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for device issues.
• Provision and onboard new devices and networks.
• Manage certificates on lab hosts (802.1x).
• Build automations to streamline registration, monitoring, patching.
• Design and deploy scalable VM infrastructure.
• Document lab systems and processes for cross-team access.
