• Manages capital purchasing and budgeting objectives; monitors expenses.
• Oversees design, construction, equipping of laboratories and maintenance.
• Develops compliance and safety policies and procedures; resolves non-compliance issues.
• Evaluates test results and recommends new procedures, reagents, and instruments.
