The Lab Operations & Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing the business, client, and revenue-cycle relationships of the physician owned laboratory (POL). This role serves as the primary liaison between the lab and referring physician practices, ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts, resolving billing and specimen-handling issues, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations (including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements specific to physician-owned labs), and driving account growth and retention.
The compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
