Job summary

Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and professional corporate office environment. Duties include daily cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance to meet company standards and welcome employees and visitors.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures. Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and operate cleaning equipment is needed. Competitive hourly range offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years of custodial or janitorial experience in a corporate office.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste according to procedures.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and interior glass surfaces.
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums and floor machines.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to Facilities Manager.
• Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown as needed.
• Respond to spills and special cleaning requests promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify for replenishment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and proper handling of chemicals.
