Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication and safety-focused mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and Lab Services to meet goals while upholding safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels for lab consumables, reagents, chemicals, and glassware.
• Ensure materials paperwork is correct and materials are received in good condition.
• Prepare receiving and shipping documents; pack materials for proper shipping.
• Troubleshoot operational errors and support warehouse operations.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety training.
• Engage in cross-functional training within Materials Operations.
• Identify process improvements for warehouse functions and equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain clean work areas.
