Sagis Diagnostics is a physician-led pathology group in Houston, TX seeking a Full Time Materials Coordinator II. Responsibilities include coordinating material transfer, inventory management, and accurate recordkeeping to support lab operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience, with proficiency in MS Office applications. In-person work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in warehouse or inventory.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of marketing, clinical and lab products between lab areas and external locations.
• Deliver or route materials to departments using wheeled carts, pallet jacks or dolly.
• Requisition and maintain inventories to meet demands.
• Record shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
• Collect and analyze data on orders, inventory levels and forecasts to estimate future demand.
• Partner with lab management to ensure items are received, inventoried and stored.
• Monitor inventory weekly, bi-weekly and monthly to fulfill client orders efficiently.
