Job summary

BCMC is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to support a U.S. Government customer with onsite incident response and lab operations in Arlington, VA.

You will lead Linux systems administration, automate with Ansible, and manage Splunk monitoring in development, lab, and production environments. Requirements include active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), 5+ years Linux admin, 3+ years Splunk and Ansible, on-site 2–3 days/week, and DHS suitability.

Qualifications

• Security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience administering Linux in RHEL environments across dev, lab, and production.
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and security analytics.
• Experience with Ansible automation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux Systems Administration across development, lab, and production.
• Perform large-scale configuration management and deployment across multiple OSes.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and workflows.
• Configure and maintain Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform for provisioning.
• Administer Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Cloud for monitoring and analytics.
• Implement security controls including STIGs and access management.
• Develop dashboards and alerts in Splunk for health and security.
• Troubleshoot storage and networking issues across enterprise.
• Help establish lab SOPs and policies; advise on procedures.
