Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Hands-on QC Laboratory Leader to run a 24/7 analytical testing operation. You will lead a team, ensure timely results, and maintain data integrity across ERP/LIMS systems, while driving CAPA activities and continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS/MS in Chemistry with 5+ years in analytical/quality control labs and at least 3 years of leadership. Experience with ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry with 5+ years of lab experience in chemical/pharma/food manufacturing.
• 3+ years of proven laboratory leadership and continuous improvement experience.
• Hands-on instrumental testing experience across multiple analytical methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a QC Laboratory team and oversee daily operations.
• Support 24/7 manufacturing by prioritizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Perform and interpret analytical testing using listed instruments.
• Oversee organic analytical and wet chemistry testing for materials and finished products.
• Review data, authorize product release, and maintain ERP/LIMS data integrity.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPAs; drive method improvements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, methods, specifications; ensure ISO/QMS compliance.
• Manage resources, instrumentation, training, and performance to support production goals.
