Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a hands-on QC Laboratory Leader to run a 24/7 specialty chemical QC lab. You will oversee testing, quality systems, and continuous improvement while partnering with Production to ensure product quality and efficiency.

You will lead a team, manage instrumentation, and drive CAPA and process improvements, ensuring data integrity in ERP/LIMS and maintaining ISO/QMS standards.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry with 5+ years in analytical/quality control labs.
• 3+ years of lab leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with analytical laboratory instrumentation and testing methods.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, lab documentation, regulatory compliance.
• Experience with LIMS, JD Edwards (Oracle), or similar laboratory/ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a QC Laboratory team and manage daily operations.
• Support 24/7 manufacturing by prioritizing workflow and resources.
• Perform and interpret analyses using HPLC, GC, GC-MS, FT-IR, UV-Vis, NMR, and more.
• Oversee organic analytics and wet chemistry testing for materials and finished products.
• Review data, approve releases, and ensure ERP/LIMS data integrity.
• Lead root-cause investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain SOPs, methods, specifications, and ISO/QMS compliance.
• Manage lab resources, instrumentation, training, and performance to support production
