Serova builds personalized cancer vaccines. Each vaccine is made for the individual patient from their own samples and given in partnership with their treating physician. It all starts in our San Francisco lab: patient samples come in there, and the science that designs each vaccine happens there.

Working knowledge of biosafety and the rules for storing human samples
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, or willing to relocate
Authorized to work in the US, or a realistic path to get there
You've been the person who keeps a small startup lab running
Purchasing and vendors: purchase orders, supplier accounts, budgets and invoices
You've set up or moved a lab from scratch
You build simple systems for inventory and ordering that others use
Clinical samples: chain of custody, freezer management, CLIA requirements
