Lab Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product line.
• Organize and conduct surgeon training events.
  
• Provide non-clinical technical expertise in conjunction with the Clinical Specialists.
  
• Perform lab set-up, breakdown, and cleansing of lab equipment.
  
• Responsible for inventory management, which includes ordering new products, and replacing missing, damaged, and obsolete components.
  
• Full understanding and implementation of contamination protocol.
  
• Ensure that the lab facility represents Gemini Mountain Medical/Arthrex as the leader in the industry.
• Maintains inventory of products and associated lab items. Tracks usage and forecasts and orders as needed to support corporate schedule.
  
• Develops and maintains lab checklists and reference materials.
  
• Responsible for set-up and clean-up/disinfecting of in-house and off-site labs after attendance.
• Observes all blood-borne pathogen and related safety procedures.
  
• Required to travel occasionally to assist with remote labs (CO & WY).
  
• You will be required to work occasionally on Saturdays.

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service and Medical background preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
• Experience in inventory control or warehouse and materials planning helpful but not required
• Experience working with cadavers is preferred.

Salary Range $50,000-$80,000 DOE.
