You will map and streamline laboratory processes with Lean methods, develop KPIs, and collaborate with lab managers and stakeholders to implement durable workflow improvements and change management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or related field.
• 3+ years of laboratory experience with 2+ years of Laboratory Information System operating.
• 1+ years’ experience in monitoring and analyzing key laboratory metrics.
• Demonstrated understanding of lab processes, TAKT time, interpreting and analyzing data.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and improve flow diagrams and other Lean solutions for commercial products or high-volume clinical trials for Labs across the Exact Sciences network.
• Lead and execute Lean or Flow transformation projects as assigned and use change management tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report on the impact of process improvements.
• Collaborate with laboratory management to evaluate and implement improvements in process workflow and operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with lab managers and stakeholders to promote and lead change management initiatives and ensure sustainability.
