Job summary

CAI is seeking a Systems Administrator to support public health laboratory operations. The role involves client systems administration, integrations, reporting, infrastructure support, and regulatory compliance, all in a full-time onsite capacity in Oklahoma City.

The candidate will maintain LabWare, Rees, Neometrix, and other platforms, ensure HIPAA compliance, and contribute to governance and change management efforts within the IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Strong knowledge of medical laboratory operations, workflows, and federal regulations.
• Experience with LIMS administration, configuration, upgrades, validation, and troubleshooting (SQL, VB, VB.NET, HTML, XML).
• Experience creating reports, queries, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner for the Public Health Laboratory's client's environment.
• Maintain, support, and improve LabWare, Rees, Neometrix, and other platforms.
• Analyze laboratory workflows and optimize functionality.
• Implement system enhancements, upgrades, validations, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining compliance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training.
• Lead technical investigations and technology resolution efforts.
