Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Manager MEDITECH HCA Professional Services who will leverage experience to support strategic business development and drive planning for HCA initiatives. The role requires collaborating in an unstructured environment and overseeing multiple complex projects with teams of 8–10.

You will lead project planning, requirements analysis and testing, guide clients on optimal workflows, and ensure successful delivery on MEDITECH Magic, C/S and 6x/Expanse platforms with LAB/LIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five or more years of experience in relevant field
• Up to 25% travel
• Lab/LIS background

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple advanced/complex projects and manage teams of 8–10 employees
• Assess project scope, deliverables, and resources; develop statements of work
• Lead planning, testing, go-live activities and support/optimization
• Drive issue & risk management, project plan management, and client communications
• Mentor teams and drive process improvements in collaboration with leadership
