Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Forklift Certification preferred, not required
• California Drivers License as Required
• Previous work experience in a lab preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules
• Ability to work independently in a team environment
• Experience in receiving, stockroom, shipping, material handling and inventory analysis roles
• Experience with temperature-sensitive materials in a rapid-growth life science environment
• Experience creating and maintaining Excel skills on a need basis
• Experience implementing, executing and improving cycle count programs, 2 bin systems

Responsabilités

• Receive and process incoming material, securely store temperature sensitive materials
• Issue material to work orders and enter transactions in ERP system
• Perform cycle counts and analyze inventory discrepancies
• Track Freight With various Carriers on a need basis
• Use Hand Trucks, Pallet Jacks, and Scales safely and effectively
• Fill out commercial invoice
• Enter Data into ERP system - Cycle Count Module, Receiving parts, Shipping parts, RMA returns
• Perform other duties as assigned
