Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise is seeking a dependable Material Handler in California to support internal material movement and order fulfillment. You will move materials, label items with disposition status, and operate power equipment safely to ensure accurate inventory flow.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse experience, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training on power equipment occurs within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished products within the facility and into the system.
• Label materials with disposition status.
• Operate power equipment safely following company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory software and databases (Navision) and other company systems.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safe work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
