Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking an on-site Stock Receiving and Inventory Clerk to handle the receipt, inspection, and delivery of materials and equipment. You will distribute stock to departments and clients, rotate stock, and assist in inventory control while supporting courier services for the laboratory system.

The role emphasizes quality improvement participation and effective communication to resolve order errors and backorders. Heavy lifting is required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months related experience.
• Basic understanding of ordering system.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory systems.
• 3 months computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute stock to departments and clients.
• Rotate stock and assist in inventory control.
• Assist in managing courier services for laboratory system.
• Participate in lab quality assessments and continuous improvement.
• Communicate and troubleshoot order errors and backorders with managers and supplies personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
