Labcorp in Holyoke, MA invites motivated students to join its 11-week Lab Intern program, a paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in diagnostic workflows and lab operations. The internship runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week, at Labcorp’s Holyoke facility.

The program offers comprehensive exposure to lab processes, mentorship, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations.
• Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation.
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision.
• Support approved laboratory projects.
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures.
