Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a student employee to support the Pharmacy Deans Office by handling lab supplies, tracking equipment, and maintaining records. Under supervision of the Research Facilities Manager, you will learn, communicate progress, and act with integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating access for students and staff, auditing inventory and safety protocols, and assisting with general building maintenance while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Lab experience
• Facilities, Building Maintenance experience
• Trade Skill Experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC)
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Basic Science, or similar field

Responsibilities

• Moving lab supplies and equipment
• Tracking inventory of University equipment
• Auditing inventory and safety protocols
• Maintenance of records (occupancy, use of space, chemicals, etc.)
• Coordinate with approvers to facilitate access for students, staff, and faculty
