Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred or minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance/service technician.
• Understand single and 3-phase wiring, familiar with multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Experience working with a CRM and ERP system, proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with troubleshooting by phone and email and perform in-house troubleshooting.
• Maintain VSUS lab units and perform maintenance on customer equipment.
• Quote spare parts and maintain relationships with key account personnel.
