Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations with staff.
• Review GxP pipette certificates/tests from third-party providers to meet requirements.
• Prepare and set up equipment daily for staff scientists.
• Ensure equipment availability for experiments and routine work.
• Replenish solvents used with lab equipment as needed.
• Gather and organize documentation for audits and inspections.
• Provide training support and backup for review of certificates and reports.
• Follow established procedures and seek guidance as needed.
• Complete outputs by following defined processes under supervision.
