Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring an EE Lab Master Technician Lead in Rockford, IL to support production and test labs. You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot complex electronic equipment, and maintain systems per safety and process standards.

You will read schematics, install and calibrate instrumentation, and collaborate with engineering and operators to ensure quality and compliance in aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience or 3 years with advanced degree; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic equipment and calibration of instrumentation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create equipment and wiring schematics.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly technicians to ensure safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, boards, motors, and drives.
• Install equipment, set up machines, and ensure proper operation through inspection.
