Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field to meet CLIA requirements.
• Valid license or certificate of CLS/MT/MLS; ASCP or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory clinical laboratory experience required.
• General accounting, statistics and financial operating experience.
• Quality control and quality tools management courses desired.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the clinical laboratory and departments, including administrative, financial, compliance, quality improvement, technical and personnel activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards (CLIA) and CAP/TJC/ACHC.
• Provide operational guidance to site management and align with Corporate Laboratory Operations leadership.
• Meet or exceed KPIs in finance, quality and service across the laboratory services.

Education

Bachelor of Science in a scientific field

Master's Degree preferred

ASCP certification preferred
