• Collaborate with student teams to develop SOPs and deliver equipment operation and safety training for students.
• Support summer workshops and educational camps as needed.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and provide training on equipment (lathes, mills, 3D printers, CNC, welding, etc.).
