Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain laboratory quality and patient safety in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort communicating with phlebotomists, lab staff, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens for testing, verify sample type, volume, handling, and storage.
• Centrifuge, aliquot, label specimens and deliver to appropriate lab area.
• Communicate professionally with staff and patients by phone and in person.
• Perform automation line maintenance and support lab operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect patient confidentiality.
