Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor laboratory claims to ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with payer regulations and organizational policies.
• Review billing data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors or missing information to support clean claim submission.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, staff, and external parties regarding billing questions, providing clear and courteous communication.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Office teams to troubleshoot system issues, resolve claim barriers, and support workflow improvements.
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and billing logs to support compliance, audit readiness, and efficient operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, workflow efficiency, and customer service.
