Job summary

Zifo currently seeks a Lab Automation Analyst to deliver technical automation services across client laboratories in Collegeville, PA or Spring House, PA. You will support and optimize automation platforms, troubleshoot complex instruments, and script for automated workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work on maintaining equipment, training users, and ensuring compliance with client policies while advancing automation capabilities in a fast-paced scientific

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices per site requirements.
• Experience with operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and scripting for liquid handlers, dispensers, plate washers, plate readers and related instruments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support of customer laboratory environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment (liquid handlers, plate readers, robotic systems) and train users.
• Configure in-lab automation software settings and train robotic equipment.
• Perform unit test scripts and develop debugging scripts in production environments.
• Collaborate with discovery, engineering and biology teams to optimize research efficiency through automation.
