Qualifications

• Certification/License: Valid State Driver’s License; Phlebotomy Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Handle registration, order entry, processing, packaging and transport of specimens.
• Maintain accurate records and computer entries for lab orders and results.
• Monitor and manage supply inventory; ensure clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to lab policies and quality control guidelines at all times.
